Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon Recipe
1 untreated 14X7X1" cedar plank 1/2 cup sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing 1/4cup finely chopped parsley 1/4cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 salmon fillet(2#) with skin removed
Soak plank in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix dressing,parsley and dried tomatoes & set aside.
Brush top of plank with the oil & place salmon on the plank. Place on the grill & cover.
Grill 10 minutes. Brush with dressing mix & grill another 10-20 minutes more or until salmon flakes easily.
